Baxter Healthcare is proud of the extensive range of IV solutions which are now available in Non-PVC Viaflo containers.
Viaflo is made using a polyolefin based material with an inert layer that is in contact with the solution which allows a wider range of drugs and solutions to be used in conjunction with a flexible container. The bags also have a rigid additive port that reduces the risk of needlestick injury and has environmental benefits. The range includes rehydration solutions such as Sodium Chloride and Hartmann’s as well as premixed solutions like Potassium Chloride and Heparin.
