Inclusion and diversity are fundamental building blocks of a great workplace and essential fuel for sparking fresh, innovative thinking. That’s why Baxter is always seeking new avenues to reinforce our commitment. As part of LGBT Pride Month, members of my management team joined me in signing a pledge to keep advancing “a culture of inclusion based on fairness, and open and honest communication.” We then invited our employees globally to take part.
