I ‘fell in love’ with renal nursing as a student and considered myself extremely lucky to get a job in my local kidney unit on the renal ward. Renal nursing enables you to get to know your patients and their families and so you can work together to find the best way forward for them. As one of Baxter’s field-based Clinical Practice Educators providing patient training at their home, I know I can still help to make a difference."

"Being able to volunteer and go back to helping the NHS with the vaccination program has been incredibly rewarding. I am incredibly proud of Baxter’s efforts in relation to the pandemic. I am also proud to have joined the amazing NHS response to COVID. I am grateful to Baxter for enabling me the opportunity to play a small part in helping make the world a safer place for my granddaughters to grow up in!
